the staff was kind. i greatly appreciated the proximity to a metro station. the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. the rooms were decently soundproofed, i didn't hear street noise (or much from other guests).

the elevator was very small, barely fitting one person with a suitcase.

the reception was warm and cute. the staff was ready to answer questions (and provide directions) at any time. i was able to leave luggage after check out, it was very convenient.

i found the location convenient to subway and bus stations. the receptionists were quite friendly and helpful i felt comfortable. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room it was beautifully arranged.

the elevator was small and i was barely able to fit my suitcase inside with me. the room was also quite tiny and cramped i had just enough space to move around comfortably. soundproofing was not good i could hear hallway sounds and sounds from nearby rooms

the hotel is in a very good location a metro station is just a few minutes walk away. this made accessing different parts of the city very easy and efficient. many shops are nearby and are easy to access
